Dislcosure & Sellers Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS)
It is very important to disclose in a real estate transaction. Always disclose, the more the better and if your not sure, disclose it. It is Arizona State law that a seller will disclose all material facts about the property. Ask your Realtor for the Seller Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS) to aid you in your disclosures. However this is not the limit on disclosure. If there is anything else disclose it, even if you are not asked to.
Disclosure doesn't stop at the seller. IT IS ALSO the Buyer, Realtor, and anyone else involved in a transaction to disclose.
When in doubt, DISCLOSE
