What has sold recently in Kachina Village and Mountainaire, not much but there are a few. Usually this time of year is slow, so this isn't out of the ordinary. The difference is that some lenders aren't wanting to see the last 6 months of comparable sales, some want only 3 months, which makes it a lot harder for appraisals this time of year moving on. Here is what they have to look at:
