Now that I have had the Blackberry Storm for a few months, I thought I would share my review. Overall it is an excellent phone. Does it make calls too? It's does everything. There are a couple apps that the iphone has that this does not (yet) but it has features the iphone does not. Until the latest revision the iphone never had copy and paste and the equipment does not allow video. Also everyone I know with an iphone drops calls constantly, and who is on that network anyway. With the Storm I can call anyone in my family for free because they are all on this network.

Ok what about the phone? It's a bit slow at times and I have had to pull the battery a few times to force a reboot. I had it so goofed up one time, most built in apps didn't work. A simple battery pull and it was fine. The browser could go faster but hey, we can't have everything right this second. The calender, contacts, blackberry messenger, texting, pdf viewing, powerpoint viewing, excel viewing, word document viewing are all great features. The camera is 3.2 mp (more than my first digital camera had) but is a bit slow and not the best pictures come out. I will take these pictures any day over a regular 1 to 2 mp cell camera. The video works well, the email sync is great. Download the free weatherbug app http://blackberry.weatherbug.com/storm/storm.jad, its even gives you storm and wind warnings. It came with brick breaker and a fun word game. Don't bother with the vz navigator, it has a blackberry navigator (not as nice as the vz navigator but it works without paying an extra $10 a month). 

Now the big one, how is typing? It is a little hard to get used to. It was impossible at the store, but you get used to it. It has an auto typo fix which is anoying when it changes a word that may not be in thier dictionary, but more times than not comes in very handy. 

Overall this is the best phone I have ever had or played with. If email, web access and above feature are what you want, then this is the phone for you.
