I thought I would let you know of some interesting FHA changes for the new year:

Seller Contributions will be reduced from 6% to 3% of the sales price
Up-front Mortgage Insurance will increase from 1.75% to 2.2.%
FICO scores of under 580 with require a down payment of 10%
Appraisals are good for 120 days
90 Day flipping rule waived

Things are getting tougher and tougher!
